What kind of radiation pipe does galvanization line have?What are their characteristics?

(1) straight single pipe:

Advantages:

A. The pipe wall temperature is low and the service life is long, generally about 5 years.

B. With changming ignition nozzle, the radiation pipe gas can be reignited at any time once it is extinguished.

C. can directly observe the burning situation, easy to find the damage.

D. simple structure and easy maintenance.

E. the price is about half lower than that of the straight casing.

Disadvantages:

A. The gas reaches the burner directly without preheating, so the exhaust gas temperature is higher and the thermal efficiency is only about 30%.

B. the pipe must be through the two wall of furnace, the furnace wall inner surface temperature about 800 ℃, especially at the end of the exhaust gas seal brings great difficulty to the furnace.

C. The temperature distribution in the direction of pipe length is not uniform, resulting in uneven heating of strip steel.

(2) straight casing: advantages:

A. The gas enters the nozzle end from the gas nozzle, and the burning air enters the nozzle end from the annular opening between the gas nozzle and the inner pipe.At this point, the combustion air is preheated to 450 ℃ in waste gas by, so the exhaust gas temperature is 600 ~ 700 ℃ C commonly, thermal efficiency is as high as 60 to 70%.B. The pipe only passes through one furnace wall, and the exhaust gas temperature is low, which is favorable for furnace sealing.

C. The temperature distribution in the direction of pipe length is relatively uniform.

Disadvantages:

A. straight casing tube temperature is higher than the outer tube of 80 ~ 100 ℃, in order to protect the inner tube, the single straight pipe the maximum permitted what temperature heating power than single straight pipe.

B. Straight casing is more expensive.

C. impermanence bright burning nozzle, can only use autocratic ignition rod ignition, so the operation is not convenient.D. Positive pressure operation, once the outer pipe is broken, the combustion exhaust gas is easy to enter the furnace and destroy the reducing atmosphere.

(3) u-type pipe: advantages: negative pressure operation, the atmosphere in the furnace is not easy to be damaged by pipe wall rupture.

Disadvantages: low thermal efficiency of u-tube, and uneven temperature distribution spoon.
