    Thus saving water consumption.After the strip comes out of the cleaning trough, the strip surface is dried by the hot air dryer.In the process of belt penetration, the strip head is tracked by the belt gauge system, so that each roller in the pickling process section is connected up and down, so that the belt penetration can be completed successfully.

After the strip reaches 4 sides, it passes through the disc shearing edge and oil coating machine, and then is rolled by the reel.

    The waste edge under the disc shearing is rolled by the waste edge coiler for transportation and processing. In order to coil the strip steel, a tension device is provided at the inlet side of the oiler.

When the coil end of the coiler clamps the head and coils for two to three turns, the whole unit can be accelerated to the set process speed for pickling, and the unqualified parts of the strip end are cut off at the outlet hydraulic shear.The steel coil after being taken off is closed by the outlet ground type steel coil and unloaded from the drum. After being tied, it is transported across the rail to the outlet steel coil to store the rotating frame. Finally, the pickling coil is hoisted into the storage before rolling.

    In order to improve the environment of the workshop, the pickling unit is equipped with an acid mist ventilation purification system. After the acid fog is absorbed by washing, the HC1 content discharged into the atmosphere is less than 10mg/m3
